Tragt Euch mal den 27. Oktober im Kalender ein, da erscheint nämlich das neue Apollo Brown-Projekt „Sincerely, Detroit“, ein Collabo-Album mit über 50 Artists, die alle aus Detroit kommen. Apollo Brown, … da muss ich ja wohl nicht mehr viel zu sagen, wir erinnern uns nur an seine letzten Projekte mit Joell Ortiz („Mona Lisa„, 2018), Locksmith („No Question„, 2018) oder Planet Asia („Anchovis„, 2017) – allesamt Meilensteine in der HipHop-Geschichte. Auf „Sincerely, Detroit“ wird es Collabos mit u.a. Royce 5’9, eLZhi, Slum Village und vielen Weiteren geben, natürlich auch mit Guilty Simpson, Fat Ray und Melanie Rutherford, die wir hier in unserem heutigen Video des Tages „The Backbone“ haben. Macht mal Lärm für Detroit!
