Dday One veröffentlicht Boombap Instrumental Project „Manu Propria“ // Streams
Hier ist der kalifornische Produtent Dday One mit seinem neuen Instrumental-Project „Manu Propria“, was lateinisch ist und soviel wie „mit den eigenen Händen“ bedeutet. Natürlich spielt er damit auf sein Art zu produzieren an, Dday One arbeitet nämlich ausschließlich mit Vinyl, einem Plattenspieler und einem Hardware-Sampler.
Diese Musik entstand also nicht am Rechner, was heutzutage ja zu 99% der Fall ist; sie ist also tatsächlich handgemacht. Das Kratzen der Platten ist also authentisch und wo ich doch auch gerade wieder auf dem Vinyl-Trip bin – natürlich gibt es dieses Release ebenfalls als Langspielplatte, bidde hier entlang. Ich habe übrigens gerade überlegt, wo ich Dday One schon einmal gehört habe und siehe da – im „RapOhneLizenz“-Beattape Vol. 1, welches von 12 Jahren dropte. Krass.
