Falside – „East Toast“ (Experimental Beattape, Free Download)
Vielleicht erinnert Ihr Euch: Falside hatten wir gerade hier, im Rahmen der „Space Toast“-Compilation. Und wie ich versprach, habe ich mir die Namen der Acts gemerkt und präsentiere heute das brandneue, komplette Beattape des aus Providence/Rhode Island kommenden Beatsmith Falside. Es gibt zwei Rap-Features auf diesem Album, einmal von Has-Lo (ebenfalls ein Bekannter) und von Ceschi (Track #9). Durchweg smoothed-out Instrumentals, teils experimentell, teils elektronisch, teils boombap (ich liebe „Boogers“, Track #4). Unbedingt mitnehmen:
