„Floating on a Dream“ – Künstler Artez mit Mural an italienischer Grundschule
Ãœber sein Mural an der örtlichen Grundschule von Imola ließ Artez folgendes verlauten: „Reading can take you on a journey around the world and help you discover places that you wouldn’t believe exist. It can make you start day dreaming or it can make you fall asleep. Crossing the line between reality and dreaming will make impossible possible and you might start floating on a dream in a place you have never seen before!“
The prolific period of Serbian artist Artez still goes on fascinating us with his dreamy and onyric works around the world. This time he landed in Italy to take part to Restart Urban Festival in Imola. Restart is a festival of urban culture that does not use only street art as a medium of urban regeneration but it embraces, contains and sponsors all the practices arising from the so-called Urban Culture. At their VI edition, this year the festival involved an entire school complex and it had an international dimension due to the presence of street artists from several European countries who, during the event, realized urban art works in the school spaces. They were asked to portray, according to their style and creativity, the identity of the place and to represent what the school means for them and the cultural heritage that it generates.
