Ebenfalls am letzten Freitag erschienen ist die Reissue vom „The Brown Tape“, welches Apollo Brown nach dem „Twelve Reasons To Die„-Projekt (2013) veröffentlicht hat; ein Remix-Tape des Adrian Younge Projektes. Seinerzeit gab es das Teil nur auf Kassette und jetzt, knapp 5 Jahre später, ist es nun endlich soweit – hier ist das Teil, es wurde sogar noch einmal remastered. Wu-Chef RZA führt Euch durch die 11 Tracks – absolutes Schmankerl für alle, die den echten Rap verstehen & lieben:

„In 2013 Ghostface Killah and Adrian Younge joined forces to create Twelve Reasons To Die. Shortly after that, producer Apollo Brown would remix that project, re-christening it as The Brown Tape. Apollo and his label Mello Music Group have now reissued the project digitally, officially and formally following the original’s cassette release. Also remastered, The Brown Tape is narrated by RZA and features several members of the Wu-Tang Clan, including Masta Killa, U-God and Inspectah Deck.“
