Ich komme gerade überhaupt nicht klar – WIE KANN DAS EIN MIXTAPE SEIN? FREE DOWNLOAD? Die Hälfte der Tracks wurden entweder hier auf WHUDAT schonmal vorgestellt und auf den Rest habe ich mich gefreut – in der Annahme, es würde sich ums Album handeln. Das Album kommt aber erst im nächsten Monat und das hier ist der Vorbote, alle Beats von den Kölner Jungs JR&PH7, lauter unreleased Stuff, B-Sides und Gedöynes. Features kommen von Torae, Random Axe, Sean Price, Planet Asia, Oddisee, Edo G., Aphroe, Evidence, Slum Village, Brokn Englsh and St. Joe Louis, Akua Naru, Termanology uvm. – reicht, oder? A precursor to the Cologne natives‘ junior set, the project is a 23-track, 60-minute collection of unreleased remixes, B-sides, outside production and previously-released jams, hosted by Sacramento rhymesayer and DJBooth fave Chuuwee. Included are previously-featured records „Until It’s All Said and Done,“ „My Favourite Demons,“ „Bloody Sunday“ and „Top Rank.“
