Hier kommt ein echtes Highlight für alle Trueschool 90ies Era HipHop Fans: „A Quest Called Tribe“ ist die klassische Neu-Interpretation von echten A Tribe Called Quest Klassikern. Produzent Medline (gefeatured) hat sich dafür die Original-Themes und Sample-Quellen genommen und das ganze orchestriert; as jazzy, funky and soulful as can be.

Die Idee kam Medline durch eine Portrait-Serie des Künstlers Stéphane Carricondo, der zahlreiche HipHop-Legenden in einem einzigartigen Stil zeichnete. Medline war der Meinung, dass die Zeichnungen der Herrschaften des Tribes einen Soundtrack verdient hätten, et voilà! Starkes Projekt, den Bandcamp Stream findet Ihr hier unten!
