Du magst also Pandas? Hier kommt ein Photo-Magazin namens „So You Like Pandas“ mit eigenem Soundtrack von dem japanischen Künstler Submerse (feature). Der Künstler hat in den letzten Jahren viele Fotos gemacht und sehr viel Bildmaterial gesammelt, welches eigentlich als Album-Artwork gedacht war. Jetzt ist in den letzten 5 Jahren allerdings so viel Material zusammengekommen, dass man kurzerhand beschlossen hat, ein Bildband daraus zu erstellen, welches einen eigenen Soundtrack bekommt. ’so you like pandas,‘ is a photo zine centered around imagery originally intended as Submerse album art and press photos. In many ways it’s kind of a 5 year retrospective and behind the scenes glimpse into some of the visual thinking that took place between Submerse and Repeat Pattern in preparation for the last 3 releases and the coming compilation. With a few exceptions, the images in the zines are previously unused and unreleased and we’re excited to share them. ’so you like pandas,‘ also comes with 3 previously unreleased Submerse tracks.
