Ich habe am Wochenende gerade American Crime Story Staffel 2 gefinished („The Assassination of Gianni Versace“ – derbe!) und bin immer noch ein bisschen verstört. Wer’s ebenfalls guckt: Manila (Philippinen) ist da durchaus ein Thema und exakt von dort kommt auch die heutige Entdeckung des Tages: Musiker rhxanders präsentiert seine neue EP „Questioning Answers / Answering Questions“, 5 sehr Vocoder-lastige, aber auf gar keinen Fall nervende Tracks. Rhxanders ist halb Afroamerikaner und halb Filipino und diese Tunes hier sind tatsächlich in Manila entstanden. Hört es Euch an – pure dopeness:
