Rhythm & Flow Gewinner D Smoke dropt Video zu “Lil’ Red” plus “Inglewood High” Full Stream
Ihr habt die Netflix Show “Rhythm & Flow” (mit Chance The Rapper, T.I., Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe, Jadakiss uva. als Juroren) gesehen, möchte ich meinen? Nun, gewonnen hat Achtung, Spoiler!) der Bruder von TDE’s SiR aus Inglewood, D Smoke. Und das sogar mit gutem Recht. Seine Pladde “Inglewood High” wollte ich Euch sowieso schon längst vorgestellt haben, ich nehme das neue Video “Lil’ Red” mal zum Anlass, das zu tun. Wer hier so ein wenig den Herrn Lamar raushört, ist ganz klar nicht der Einzige (wo bleibt eigentlich mal ein neues K-Dot Album?), Typ war inzwischen Featuregast bei The Game (“Born 2 Rap“), außerdem hat er mit Dre, Miguel und Snoop zusammengearbeitet. Ich glaube, wir werden noch eine Menge von D Smoke hören, das besagte Video und die “Inglewood High”-EP gibt es … nach dem Jump:
