Streetart: Reka about Inspiration and „Found Objects“ (Clip)
Ein kurzes Portrait über den aus Melbourne kommenden Streetartist (James) Reka, den man sofort an seinem Signature Style erkennt. Unter anderem erzählt er, wie er zum Graffiti-Writing gekommen ist und wo er seine zu verschönerndem Objekte findet, gefilmt während eines Europa-Besuchs im vergangenen Jahr:
Born into a creatively engaging environment with a ballerina mother and graphic designer father, James Reka knew from an early age his passion for art would guide him into adulthood as a worldly artist. As an adolescent living close to the train line, the Melbourne native was intrigued by the graffiti-filled train cars he rode each day, which is why today he chooses to paint on the nontraditional canvases of city walls and „found objects.“
