Seine Murals sind ja eh immer was ziemlich Besonderes, dieses Neue hier ist aber echt mal sehr unique: hier ist das neue Werk von Tristan Eaton, der im Rahmen des POW! POW! Festivals in Honolulu auf Hawaii dieses Large Scale Artwork für Versace in der Ala Moana Boulevard, Ecke Keawe Street an die Wand gebracht hat. Zu sehen gibt es natürlich die Medusa, das Logo von Verace, für welches er ganze fünf Tage gebraucht hat. Und bevor jetzt wieder die ersten Menschen von Selling-Out sprechen – ich finde das super! Hat letztlich Jeder etwas von, für Versace ist das ein neues Image-Statement, der Künstler wird für seine Arbeit adäquat entlohnt und der geneigte Betrachter bekommt etwas Schönes zu sehen. To celebrate the opening of their new flagship in Hawaii, Versace worked with POW! WOW! to provide a large scale mural on one of the key arteries in Honolulu. Located on the intersection of Ala Moana Boulevard and Keawe Street, curator Jasper Wong brought in world-renowned street artist Tristan Eaton to create his own interpretation of the iconic Medusa.“
