Okay, das Ding hier ist spazial: „Baduology. An Ode To Erykah Badu.“ ist ein Mega-Mix, den uns TEREZA aus lauter Remixes von Tunes von der „Baduizm“ zusammengestellt hat – und Baduizm feiert die Tage Geburtstag, das Album wird 20 Jahre alt (und ich hab‘ es mir ’97 noch als CD gekauft). Die Remixes kommen von sehr vielen Produzenten, die wir hier auf WHUDAT regelmäßig featuren, mit dabei sind u.a. Bluestaeb, Brenk Sinatra, Dexter, IAMNOBODI, SFidelity und viele mehr. „BADUOLOGY is my personal ode to the ‚analogue girl in the digital world‘ in celebration of the 20th anniversary of her debut album ‚Baduizm‘ which is still one of my all-time-favorite LPs. It features some of Queen E’s most significant work from the past two decades, alongside songs sampled on Badu records as well as unique skits and blends, all edited and mixed by myself.“
